FeedWind provides its service to you subject to the following Terms of Service. Please read the following before you decide whether to accept the terms and use our service.

2. Description of Service
FeedWind provides the service of displaying news feeds (RSS/Atom format) on websites and blogs. It can be used for commercial and/or non-commercial use. It does not require users to register and it is completely free of charge.

3. Guidelines for the Usage of FeedWind

• There is no restriction for the use of FeedWind other than (1) a use that is deemed as a threat to the operation or (2) displaying the feed content as if it is your own original work.
• Please provide a link to FeedWind (http://feed.mikle.com/) from your page when using Feedwind. Mikle, Inc. reserves the right to terminate your use of FeedWind if a link is not provided.
• The RSS feed content will be placed on the user’s website by FeedWind. The copyright of any such content will remain with the originating site. Users must make it clear that such content is not part of the original content of the user’s website. If "Display Title" is switched to "Do Not Display Title," there is a possibility that the originating website will be labeled as anonymous. Please make sure to acknowledge the original source.
• We will work toward providing stable operation. However, in certain instances of server malfunction, an incorrect or a delayed display may result. We will not be held liable or responsible for any damages or trouble caused in such cases.
• We are considering distributing advertisements via FeedWind. No specific plan of distribution has been set for the moment. However, in the case in which we plan to begin distribution of advertisements via the widget, we will notify you in advance to the best of our ability through this site.
• The design and source codes of FeedWind may be changed without notice to you.
• Placement of the FeedWind tag on the user’s website will be considered as agreement to the Terms of Service.
